Sur la réservation, le déroulement des livraisons et retours, sur les choix à faire, sur le montage, tout est parfait. Tout est très bien expliqué, les mails de rappel, les contacts tout est millimétré. Donc évidement à recommander. Quand au plaisir procuré à mes invités, il n’y a pas photo, il y a eu énormément de photos. Ils se sont pris au jeu et avaient tous un souvenir ! Merci

The photo booth was great overall. But I do wish there was an attendant with it. It kept swiveling and not staying centered with the backdrop. And some people couldn’t figure out how to get the lighting correct. Also, towards the end of the night we needed to change out the ribbon and couldn’t figure it out. We watched all the videos and did everything right but it wouldn’t work. Just a bummer we couldn’t print those pictures at the end

Everything about this service was easy. Booking, easy. Making my photo strips, easy. Setting up, easy. Changing paper and ribbons, easy. It arrived a few days before the party to learn set up and make sure everything worked. Which was a bonus cause I got a cute picture with my cats who weren’t invited to the party. Shipping back was also easy. Recommend getting the full package!

The Photo Booth arrived with plenty of time to set it up and test everything out. The setup was quick with clear and simple instructions. Nothing was missing or damaged and the photo props provided were cute. The Photo Booth is also small enough and not too heavy so it was easy to transport and fit easily into a smaller venue. Everyone at the party loved it and it was super easy to use. The only criticism I have is that the picture strip prints are too small so it is hard to see with larger group photos. We definitely recommend it though and would use this Photo Booth service again.

The photo booth was a hit for our adult prom! The whole process was easy and fun to follow, and the quality of the equipment in the premium package was fantastic. I will absolutely consider KRUU for future events!

Hatte das Light Paket gebucht, aber übersehen, dass das ohne Drucker kommt. Ein deutlicherer Hinweis wäre toll gewesen, weil für mich der Sinn einer Fotobox sonst irgendwie verfehlt wird…wurde aber gut von kruu gelöst, allerdings für einen ordentlichen Aufpreis, den ich vorher nicht im Budget hatte…

Déçue de l’appareil reçu, il prenait les photos de travers et impossible de fixer le boîtier afin qu’il ne pivote pas à chaque fois qu’on appuyait sur l’écran pour la photo suivante… beaucoup de photos sont décalées. Beaucoup de formats de photos sont premiums ce qui est aussi très dommage. Nous n’avons pas toujours envie de collage… Assez déçue… je pense que le matériel vieillit un peu et que ça reste cher même si on choisit sans impression.

Livraison et ramassage repecter. Montage facile, les indications claires. Le matériel est facile d'utilisation. Recharges suffisantes. Nous sommes totalement satisfait et nous recommandons le principe.

Nous avons loué la version basic pour un anniversaire et franchement c'est une expérience à renouveler. Niveau délai rien à dire on a reçu le matériel 4 jours avant. Et vraiment la qualité des photos numérique est incroyable.

Empfehle ich auf jeden Fall! Die Abholung könnte man etwas besser organisieren.

Une expérience incroyable , reçu 4 jours avant le mariage , facile à monter , nous avions pris le forfait premium, nous avons fait 730 photos , et on aurait pu en faire le double !la qualité incroyable !je recommande vivement. Le service clientèle est joignable facilement .Merci encore
