United States | 31 March 2025DO NOT BOOK HERE! Unethical and unprofessional! Flew all the way out from Seattle to get gynecomastia surgery. I filled out medical forms beforehand and I was told I was good to go. On the day of the surgery, the doctor tells me Yavuz (patient coordinator) tells me that they didn’t know I was taking medications that would affect the surgery when I had the forms filled out before I flew out there. They highly recommended I didn’t go through with the surgery because of a 80-90% chance of getting a hematoma. I ended up not going through with the surgery and asked about getting my deposit back. They both said that my initial consultant Azra would get back to me. The entire clinic ghosted me after I left and I never received my deposit. I tried to dispute the transaction and they responded by saying there’s no cancellation but they weren’t professional enough to read my medical forms and saying everything is good before flying over to Turkey.

United Kingdom | 31 March 2025I had surgery at the start of the month prior to arriving I had so many questions all of which where always answered in debt and fast When Arriving lovely car waiting to pick you up super friendly to your hotel which is also lovely! When meeting my surgeon they take time and care with you especially if your nervous answering any worry’s or queries you have After surgery they do great caring and helping you (even gave me fresh water with apricots in it oh my god was amazing) Am now nearly into my third week of recovery which has gone smooth and amazing with the team checking Up on you 🤍 My surgery has giving me so much confidence and I highly rate vanity am and the hole team as they make you feel safe secure and comfortable I traveled alone and I was so very scared and I managed amazing with there help! I cannot thank them enough and I will be returning again hopefully this year for more

Germany | 30 March 2025I have had 1 week ago a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kadri Ila. It was a great experience - he is very nice and competent doctor. The result is very good and I am happy with it. All the nurses and staff were very nice and helpful. Even if not everyone speaks English they try their best and find a way to communicate with you and to support you. They took good care of you in the hospital. As well it was clean and modern. The hotel were we have stayed was as well good - the staff was nice and the room were clean. Overall the communication and information flow was good. Yasemin (who is the patient representative) is very friendly and helpful - she helped whenever it was needed.Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it.

United States | 29 March 2025My experience was near perfect, Berfin and Onur are remarkable, and my Surgeon was top notch, Dr. Mert Sizmaz, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star, was bc of the nurses post-op, my IV was infiltrated, and the language barrier made this difficult, they seemed to be more like CNAs as far as knowledge, I think training for nurses is vastly different than USA, as they were very young too, and they couldn’t tell just by seeing how swollen my arm was, they kept insisting IV was fine, and I’m a RN, so I took IV out, so I wouldn’t end up with an infection, and so I could actually get the meds being infused IV, and bc the pain was pretty bad, but as soon as I texted Berfin, this was resolved as well

United Kingdom | 29 March 2025Ever wanted to know the results from this surgery long term? Well here goes. Surgeon's here are doing way too many surgery’s per day. I was scheduled for 2pm but had surgery around 7pm. I had not eaten or drank for almost 24 hours and was so dehydrated I was put on a drip. The surgeon told me I had thin skin , then he told me I had thick skin, when I had the splints removed after a few days (to soon in my opinion) the surgeon was not even prepared and couldn’t tell me what he had even done! I left and quickly got an infection back home meaning I had to embarrassingly explain to the UK doctors what I had done and needed a lot of antibiotics to clear it up. How’s things now? The scaring inside my nose is horrendous, it’s hard and lumpy and visible externally. My breathing and smell is worse and my nose is swollen EVERY morning without fail. My nose constantly runs, in the cold, in the sun, it just keeps running and you can’t control it without blowing your nose so it looks like I have a 24/7 cold. The side profile is dented which I have just come to accept but what gets me is the pain, it’s constant and I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do as I cannot bear to have any more surgery. I wrote vanity a letter back last year and they wrote back a well written, English letter telling me how customer service is so important to them and they would do everything they could to make sure I was satisfied and guess what happened- absolutely nothing. Please don’t be fooled by this company’s flashy marketing and influencer recommendations. People shouldn’t even be allowed to write reviews until at least 6 mnths later. If this just puts one sensible person off this place and probably any place in Turkey then my job here is done. There were so many red flags and I ignored them all. Do better!

Australia | 28 March 2025I've had my mummy makeover surgery 4months ago and I'm happy with my results. I'm a 52yo female and chose to have surgery in Istanbul because I like their surgery style for voluptuous woman as I was 93kgs I'm now 87kgs and love my curvey figure. The only negatives are that there is a language barrier but most of the health staff know some English and it is to be expected of course I'm in a non English speaking country. I had a major operation so I should have brought a support person along they help with small things for you. The nurses can get quite busy and can't always be at you beck and call which they shouldn't be anyway that's not their job. The only issues I had were my sutures were supposed to be disolveable but I think I had some nylons as some of my suture sights became infected and I had to manually remove my sutures. After that I healed nicely, I was on antibiotics post also and this very important in the healing process. The nurses couldn't tell me what pain medication I was on. They would just reply pain killer but I wanted to know what type of analgesic they were giving me. I understand the language barriers so I just trusted everyone, I will come back again. Could you tell your staff to not smoke in the stairwell or maybe it was coming from outside because I could smell cigarette smoke coming into my room which made me feel a bit off. Besides that I will come back to Vanity again as I was looked after well by my care coordinator, driving staff, nurses and surgeon. Thank you

The surgery it's self was fine how ever as a company the service is incredibly disappointing, logistics unreliable and communication and patient care questionable. At the airport the transfer was not there, late at night and contact difficult . The schedule very last minute and time keeping shocking. I have had my teeth done in Turkey with a different company ans the care was lightyears ahead which was why I choose Turkey. On the day of the surgery I was brought to the clinic, no one actually introduced themselves . Co-ordinator was a nice man but pre-occupied and very impersonable. I'm quite independent but I was popped into a lift in a gown and told the floor to go to but there wasn't anyone there ... wandering around looking . The nurses are lovely just wonderful and the Doctor kind but until just before the surgery no one actually asked me how big I wanted or what I wanted to achieve- it was rushed and I feel it was decided in doctors head - I don't think they are big enough. Since being home I have sent some queries about wound care and concerns about swelling but not had an actual response. Now for my follow up call it's 45 mins after the time and still no call. The support it not there in the event of complication - lucky so far I have not had any. Pity I had such faith in Turkish care. Possibly my recovery will be fine but I couldn't recommend Vanity.

Dr. Erman hat sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Von Anfang bis zum Schluss wurde ich ausreichend beraten und betreut.

Germany | 26 March 2025I had a great experience at the Vanity cosmetics surgery clinic in Istanbul. It was difficult to decide which clinic to go and whom to select as a surgeon. During communication with a patient coordinator, Mohi, I was offered an option to have a videocall with Dr. Cagatay Öner. During a call I immediately felt that he is a surgeon I could trust. Indeed, I am glad I followed my intuition and made a right choice. I am happy with the results and his work. The whole trip, the surgery, a hospital and a hotel stay, were well organized and coordinated. Everyone was very supportive and helpful. I travelled alone, and I am grateful for the support provided by a Vanity team of Vanity along the way. I felt in good hands with Dr. Cagatay Öner, and it is important feeling as you need to rely on your surgeon to cut your face while you will be laying unconscious for something like 7 hours. I am happy with my new face, and the whole experience. Based on my own experience, I can highly recommend Dr. Cagatay Öner and the Vanity clinic, if you consider a complex facial rejuvenation surgery.

After being blocked by the doctors here, countless emails I've sent and hundreds of meaning less what's app chats I need to come on here to tell you guys to stay away. I'm March of 2022 I came here for a BBL and they caused a fat embolisms in my femur and now I am left botched disfigured and having to get hip replacement at the age of 27.

Finland | 22 March 2025I had surgery at Vanity Clinic in September 2024. It was not my first surgery in Turkey, but by far the worst in terms of organization. I had agreed on the dates, prices, and procedures in advance via WhatsApp with manager Cihan Ozturk. Everything seemed fine until I arrived in Istanbul and no one was there to meet me at the airport. I waited two or three hours. Nothing. No help, no contact. Eventually, I made my own way to the clinic. From that moment, it became clear: this is not a professional operation. I’ve seen better coordination in Pakistani clinics. I never met a real manager. Maybe there was a translator, but certainly no one in charge. The young girls working there tried their best but clearly lacked training and experience. The clinic itself is beautiful and clean which makes it even more shocking that whoever designed and built this place didn’t invest even a fraction of that effort into proper operations and management. It’s strategic failure. The mistakes are so basic, so easy to fix and yet ignored. After the surgery, they even forgot to pick me up for my post-op checkup. I was left at home for two, almost three days, walking around with drains, completely forgotten by the staff. One positive note: Dr. Barış Kanık did an excellent job. He removed my implants and performed a beautiful lift. I’m very happy with his surgical work. But the HR and management? Total disaster. Who are you hiring, and who’s running this place? If you implemented even the most basic principles of service and management, your income would triple and satisfied clients would increase by 300%. But right now? I give this clinic 1 star. If I could give zero, I would. 2024 Eylül ayında Vanity Kliniğinde ameliyat oldum. Bu benim Türkiye’deki ilk estetik ameliyatım değildi, ama organizasyon açısından kesinlikle en kötüsüydü. WhatsApp üzerinden Cihan Öztürk adlı yöneticiyle tarihleri, ücretleri ve detayları konuştuk ve anlaştık. Her şey güzel görünüyordu — ta ki İstanbul’a inip havaalanında saatlerce bekleyene kadar. Kimse gelmedi. Ne karşılama, ne yardım. Hiçbir şey yoktu. Sonunda kendi başıma kliniğe gitmek zorunda kaldım. O andan itibaren her şey çöktü. Bu profesyonel bir organizasyon değil. Daha iyi yönetimi Pakistan’daki kliniklerde gördüm. Gerçek bir yönetici ile hiç karşılaşmadım. Belki bir çevirmen vardı, ama hiçbir yetkili yoktu. Genç kızlar ellerinden geleni yapıyordu ama ne tecrübeleri var, ne eğitimi. Klinik çok güzel ve temiz — bu yüzden daha da şok edici. Burasını bu kadar şık ve steril yapan kişi, neden biraz da operasyonel yönetim için yatırım yapmadı? Bu kadar basit hatalar… Düzeltmesi kolay şeyler. Ama kimse umursamıyor. Ameliyattan sonra bile beni evden kontrole almak için unuttular. İki, üç gün boyunca drenlerle evde yürüyüp durdum. Kimse yok, kimse aramıyor. Tek olumlu nokta: Dr. Barış Kanık mükemmel bir ameliyat yaptı. İmplantları çıkardı ve güzel bir meme dikleştirme yaptı. Onun işinden çok memnunum. Ama İK ve yönetim? Tam bir fiyasko. Kimleri işe alıyorsunuz? Bu kliniği kim yönetiyor? En basit hizmet ve yönetim ilkelerini uygulasaydınız, geliriniz üç kat artar, memnun müşteri oranınız %300 yükselirdi. Ama şu an? Bu kliniğe 1 yıldız veriyorum. Sıfır verebilseydim, onu da yapardım.

The day shift staff were amazing for their constant care whilst there as well as my designated coordinator who’s always on the other end of the phone responding to me whilst I start my recovery back home!

Nadine was very helpful in answering my post-op care questions. Making the transition going home smooth. I feel confident I can go to her with any concerns during the healing process. Before i was connected with Nadine, İrem was a huge help. She answered a ton of my questions even though she wasn't my patient coordinator and also went above and beyond by getting my medications so i didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. Highly recommend Vanity Clinic, especially if you have the chance to work with these two!

My patient coordinator, İrem, my consultant, Zeynep, and my doctor, Can Zeliha were all so patient, kind, and always there when I needed them. The drivers and receptionists were also super kind and made everything easy for me. I came alone, but it never felt like it because everyone took such good care of me. Before and after my surgery, İrem kept checking up on me, which meant a lot.
