I am leaving a 2 Star review for Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Service, their Clinik directors, coordinators and use of Acıbadem Altunizade Hastanesi. I complained to my doctor, Dr Semih Yildez. Dr Semih's surgery is fantastic. However if he knew the terrible service from the hospital staff at the 'main hospital' I believe he would be shocked. If you carefully read the past reviews, UK people, particularly anxious women over the age of 55 ... LET DR SEMIH do your surgery. DO NOT LET VANITY send you to Acibadem Altunizade Hastanesi Hospital!!!

I would recommend this clinic specially my coordinator Yasemin Akça and Simay for their hospitality and hard work for making this procedure happen. Simay was always available for me, before and also after surgery, to clear questions and hurry up some delays. Yasemin was my translator and made me feel comfortable besides the language barrier. Thanks to all the team and of course my Surgeon Dr Aysel.

I am more than satisfied with my nose surgery! The result is simply fantastic and exactly what I had hoped for. The entire process, from the consultation to the aftercare, was professional and very compassionate. I always felt well taken care of, and the surgery itself went smoothly without any complications. I had top and bottom blephoplasty carried out at Vanity Estetik Istanbul, they completely botched the operation leaving my face disfigured. Do not under any circumstances use Vanity Estetik for any procedure, they do not care once they’ve had your money. ! They say they tried to reach out and put right the damage but it was all at my cost, flights, hotels, transfers, food, time off work etc. I actually let them have a go at repairing the disfigurement at my cost but they made the issue worse!! You have been warned, Vanity Estetik in Istanbul will cost you a lot more than money!!

My experience at Vanity Clinic was overall positive. I had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Kadri, who is very professional and has already met my expectations, even though I don’t yet have the final result. The eyebrow transplant I had done at the clinic also went smoothly. The clinic staff are welcoming and available. Since I speak both French and English, I was able to communicate easily with both translators. Cihan, the French translator, is very kind and responsive, while Aysé the English translator, is cheerful, efficient, and attentive. She is always available when needed. However, the organization at the clinic was occasionally a bit unsteady, which could have been improved to make the experience even smoother. Finally, the clinic is clean and well-organized overall. The hotel where I stayed was excellent, with plenty of shops and services nearby.

Everything was perfect ✅️ everybody was nice ✅️ my surgeon doctor Can Zeliha is such a sweet human being and everybody like my assistants i was in contact with Cihan and Ayşe was doing their best and are really kind and listening if needed ✅️ Only one thing i believe Vanity can work on is when i landed in Türkiye, my driver wasn't at the exit door on time but thankfully i was texting with my assistant to let him know so i waited a little and my driver arrived and picked me up and by the way the driver was a really kind person ✅️ but i believe it's really important for the person that comes in Türkiye to "feel" safe and taken in charge from the beginning. But the experience in general is a 9/10 ❤️ But everything is really good, the transfer, the hotel ✅️ Thank you ❤️

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had gynecomastia surgery at Vanity Clinic, and it’s honestly been a complete disaster from start to finish. Dr. Mert botched my procedure beyond belief, leaving me with a horrific crater deformity on my chest. It’s honestly hard to believe a licensed surgeon could mess up this badly. What was supposed to be a life-changing surgery has turned into a nightmare that I can’t escape from. What’s even worse is that the clinic has absolutely no aftercare. Once they’ve taken your money, they completely disappear. I’ve been trying to reach out for weeks, and no one responds—no phone calls, no emails, nothing. It’s like they couldn’t care less about your well-being once they have your cash in hand. I’ve been left to deal with the botched result on my own, with zero support or guidance. This place is a scam. They’re all about taking your money and leaving you in the dust. They don’t care about results, and they certainly don’t care about you. I’m still trying to get the help I need to fix what they’ve done, but I’m beyond frustrated. If you value your health, your body, or your money, STAY FAR AWAY from Dr. Mert and Vanity Clinic. This clinic is dangerous, and I will be reporting them to the UK watchdog for a full investigation. This level of negligence and mistreatment cannot go unpunished. This clinic needs to be shut down immediately before they cause any more harm to innocent people.

I just came back from Istanbul, January 2025. Was brave enough to get a deep plane facelift by dr.Mert Sizman. Overall experience was great. My translator/coordinator Umut was the best, always online and available, very important. The minute I was on question, it was answered. I am still swollen after the surgery and don't know what I will look like BUT I can already tell that my doctor was very skilled. The stitches are immaculate and healing very well. I heard many horror stories about the stitches and their placements , and how women forever hide their ears .... my stitches are already hardly visible. Everyone at Vanity was great and I hope this will be my go to place from now on!!
