I have recently rented a car via KJPCO and experienced the worst service. Car was rented in the most dirty ,smelling condition that you can imagine. Seat belt didn't work properly, car breaks slipping. I was overcharged £40 for returning 2-3hours over deadline even though I contacted the office and received confirmation that is ok only to be fined by £40. The management admitted that was morally wrong but "that's how we do it" When I returned the car there was attempt to charge car cleaning fee despite the fact that the car was returned in much better state than was taken , thanks to my video taken on the first day of rental that charging fee was later drooped. Based on their T&C deposit will be hold for 30 days,but they kept for 40days. My advice is avoid, avoid, avoid . KJPCO management arrogant , unorganised poor customer service , cars kept in poor condition, overpriced weekly rent. Never rent from them again.

I should exchange car battery , then I was ring to KJ office they says I don’t need make booking, just go to garage , they will exchange. In garage no one know and tell you should do booking , and I was waste my 2 hours, before they order battery and replace Customer service 0

If you are a new or old driver looking for a good range of new car without thinking call or visit KJ PCO. Cars are really good and the best thing is their service. You will se Alice Garner left hand side in the office. Talk to her she will sort out everything for you. Communication is very good. Don't look for cheap rental company might not be registered or legit. As a new PCO Driver KJ PCO is a peace of mind. Manager Shah is also helpful.
