RATS!!! At the end these rats even laughed in my face at the workplace from the desks. 3 rats on the left: SHAHKAR, ABISHEK, ALICE. everything's fine if you have no problems, but if you need assistance with documentation or original docs for Ola or in general assitance after you sign the papers-none! Until you sign the papers, they are the most nice.The nicest people you can possibly meet.I thought in the beginning my goodness.That is, people are wonderful. Once you sign up papers, you can call them every day for 8 days Straight and still no response receiver is ringing but nobody picks up. Nice in the beginning and disgusting once you sign the papers? Thats what we call two-faced rat. Ah yes and then they make personal jokes which are too much too early... Why they can allow this themselves? The demand for pco cars is the highest! Everyone needs it. There are 20 people waiting in the queu with other companies to rent one hybrid. Disgusting...

Worst minicab renting company fake good reviews they offer new drivers £250 for good reviews but in reality they worth zero star If your car breaks down or something expires like MOT you see how bad they are keep calling them they will ignore your calls they don't like to help but they love your money blood sacking mosquitoes please avoid them

They take payment without your authorisation. Their communication is terrible. This company threatens customer by all means then ensures you are overcharged with so much to pay. I have been renting for 4 months and my experience was disrespected and they do not communicate at all. I went in to continue my credit history but now it's gotten worse due to them not communicating payment dates. Save yourself. Thanks

DO NOT USE. My dads rented a car from this company, A fine has come through for the vehicle AFTER he has returned the car. The council rejected the appeal using KJ pco evidence provided, went to London Tribunals and was provided more paperwork from KJ pco which was again REJECTED. Tried to call them every day for the past 3 days and they keep saying the woman who deal with it is “back tomorrow” Keep getting fobbed off and given all this headache for a fine that we did not occur in the first place!

I use to hire from Splend and wasn't happy with their service so I stumbled across KJ PCO from their reviews online, and to say they didn't disappoint is an understatement. I was greeted by Daniella who was really friendly and efficient, she made the hiring process extremely smooth considering I was apprehensive due to previous experiences. UBER took days to approve my documents but Daniella stayed dedicated and ensured she tried everything to get me active quickly! Thank you KJ family for all your support! Highly recommended!

Greatest company

Very professional company Danielle helped my sign up with Uber and got me same day appointment to register with them to drive she uploaded my documents and gave me my first weeks rental for free as I signed up for 12 weeks! Very happy smooth and fast they offered me refreshments and it was hot so I appreciate this, I would recommend to all friends

They are very friendly and helpful, it is my second car that I have rented from them… they always are so nice and supportive also trying to help me… Very organised, professional and quick to sort out issues in friendly manner.

Pls stay away from this company worst you can find keep raising prices and will do anything to charge you and i will be taking legal action against them .only good thing about this company is the new kid i forgot his name the turkish kid his the only good thing about this company.you called the police and lied i said i was going to burn the car i will take legal actions i have taken police officers details and will see hows lying and you have my deposite and it was 2 weeks rent i had surgry and i told you this but you lied to police that is legal soo see you soon

Everyone talks about how great Daniela is and although I have only spoken to her on the phone once or twice I can see why they compliment her customer service skills even from just the few calls she was helpful she even answered the phone even when she wasn't in the office (also I think her favourite word is "darling" lol) however the main person I spoke to and dealt with when renting my car was Muhammed who isn't mentioned often enough, he was great and easy to speak to and get along with, he dealt with me from my very first call all the way to me picking up the car and all my questions that I had in-between. He even gave me some tips on what area's to work which is helping me out a lot. All in all I think this company is great and I'm glad I went with them after calling so many other different companies I paid my deposit on the day I was going to pick the car up but couldn't make it on the day so Muhammed quickly changed the pick-up day without any hassle, definitely deserves more recognition.
