We had a nightmare previously with other people letting us down and still taking payment ( Merton council!). I called at around 5 on a Monday , the lady we spoke to was very professional and quickly was able to give us a quote. She managed to get us a slot for the very next day : 2-3 pm. On Tuesday, the two gentlemen turned up promptly , removed items with ease and were very friendly! Thank you. Would use you guys again and would recommend to others .

Excellent service from start to finish. It was an urgent request for a house clearance . An hour after contacting Junk Bunk at 6.30pm everything was cleared by 10.30am the next day. Very efficient service.

Efficient, courteous and business like. Even called ahead to say they were delayed but even then by only 30 mins or so. Payment receipt sent on on completion. Price hurt a bit but in life you get what you pay for so if you want no nonsense and bang on, use theses guys.

Called up yesterday and my clearance was gone today. Arrived on time very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the service would use again. Also will recommend to others.

Can’t fault this service. I sent photos of the garden wasted I wanted collecting, I received a quotation, the guys arrived, took the waste, took a photo of the clean area left and then departed! Really efficient, good value and will definitely use them again :)

Used junk bunk to remove 2 large sofas. There isn’t a side entrance so they had to negotiate doors & corners which they managed to do successfully

Easy to arrange and able to collect with in days. Cleared rubbish from an upstairs office and took boxes of paperwork to be shredded as well as a lot of garden rubbish. Quick, polite staff and reasonable cost Thanks Kevin
