Very quick response time and the staff who collected our office furniture were very polite and fast. Would definitely recommend their services.

I was impressed with the website and the initial contact with this company. The man I initially spoke to at the office, Peter, was very helpful and friendly. It all started going wrong on the day. They called twice to say they were delayed. The appointment was at 4:30 - they first said it would be 5:00ish, then 5:30-6. They arrived at 6:30 just as I was giving up and leaving. The two guys came in and immediately started saying “oh it’s a lot of stuff, it’s heavy”. Bear in mind I had sent photos in advance showing clearly what was there. Their office then called (not Peter, someone else) and said it would be £80-100 more than I had been quoted. They had estimated a half or 3/4 load, suddenly it was a full one. I said I needed to get another quote elsewhere and he started arguing with me, saying they’d turned up and wasted their time. I pointed out I’d left work early and waited two hours, what about my time? I didn’t like his attitude and told him to cancel the job and he said I had to pay a fee of £50. Needless to say, I didn’t pay a penny and asked them to leave. Their Ts&Cs are unfair and totally unenforceable. Basically they think they can turn up, inflate the price and you either swallow it and pay extra or pay a fee of £50. How is that fair? Get real. Terrible way to do business and verging on bullying. Unfortunately for them I’m not a pushover.

Booking and quote done and accepted. They turned up 30 minutes late with no apology and only after I had to ring and find out where they were. Then tried to nearly double the price!! We knew how much in cubic yards it was and they still wouldn't have it, so left without having the job completed and fron garden full of rubbish. In my eyes they were pulling a fast one as they wanted cash on completion, which rang alarm bells to begin with!! wouldn't toucht them with a barge pole!!!!

Great quick pick up of my sofa. Team came when stated, called before arrival and were gone in 15 min. Thanks very much!

Online service was great. Booking made. Guys turned up were surly and rude and then said there was more than had been booked. Not the case as a list was provided. They left without taking anything. A waste of my time but worse for them - theirs.

Junk Bunk helped me out when a competitor had promised to pick up my rubbish. The competitor cancelled 30 minutes before the arranged time and I was ledt with a drive full of rubbish. Junk Bunk (Jack crew) worked late and cleared my rubbish at 7pm on a saturday, the alternative was to have a drive full of rubbish until monday. They are excellent, Steven at the office communicated every 30 mins, was very helpfull and the Jack crew were so fast in cleaning the mess. These guys are great and definately get the job done unlike others! Highly recommended
