Beware of this company's unethical approach, as it will end up costing you more than their competitors! When I provided the list of items for them to collect, they gave me a reasonable quote, which seemed to be in line with the majority of the other services in South East London, so I booked them in. However, when they arrived to pick up the items, knowing full well that the flat had to be cleared, they doubled the price, under the pretence that the items that I had described weren't in line with what was to be picked up. As an example, I listed 1x sofa, and they informed me when they had already loaded it onto the van that their description of a sofa was a small 2-seater sofa, so anything bigger than that would be charged double! Another example was 1x medium chest of drawers - it was waist-high, but they claimed that their description of a chest of drawers was smaller than this one, so I would be charged double! The annoying thing is, these so-called descriptions of theirs are nowhere to be found on their website or the quote that they send out before booking the job!

Turned up with a tiny van and then tried to double the price. Refused to pay which they then try to force you to pay a £50 cancellation fee. I didn’t cancel you changed the price which we refused to pay. Would 100% avoid Correct you haven’t and I’d never use again, I’m reposting this as you reported the last one and got removed.
