Used Junk Bunk recently to get rid of a fridge freezer and some other bits and pieces. Did an excellent job, were very quick and charged exactly the cost they said it would be. Particularly useful for me was that they were able to give me an hours window for arrival where other companies were only able to give a 6 hour window. Will definitely use again.

All my rubbish was removed efficiently and capably , including a washing machine and fridge freezer . I had some extra items but they phoned through to the office and so it was agreed they would take them for a bit extra on the bill . A professional service .

BEWARE …If you decide to use this company make sure their estimate doesn’t have the opportunity to more than double! I requested a quote to collect some household rubbish; I described and sent photos, I was emailed a quote of £160-£190 to be collected between 1.30pm-2.30pm. I agreed as the rubbish needed removing as I was completing the sale of my house that day. No show at 1.45pm, I phoned their office and was told they are running behind schedule it will be 3.30pm, I explained the urgency of the situation and it had to be gone that day, 3.45pm no show. Their office then phoned to say they will be there at 5pm. I am 100 miles away unpacking my move; the office then phoned at 5.10 to say they were on site, but could only do the job for £450!!! Well I had no choice and agreed £400 as I did not want the new owners to arrive at their new house to a driveway of rubbish! I was quoted £120 the day before as it was recyclable items but, completely forgot to book with all the multiple tasks! I feel conned and taken advantage of.

Literally nothing to say, amazing service, super fast, super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be using again.

A polite and efficient service They came punctually at the time arranged, quietly and swiftly cleared all the rubbish. No messing about I appreciated that they also swept and cleaned up afterwards to leave no trace of debris. We will definitely use them again

I called them at approximately 10.30am for a large emergency rubbish removal. They quickly and efficiently sent someone to do a visual estimate and by 12.30 all the rubbish had been cleared! Moreover, their price was very fair! An absolutely company who have no hesitation in recommending!
