I had a great experience shopping with Casas Padel and will definitely be shopping there again. Customer service was very good when one of the items I ordered was out of stock.

Customer experience effort.- Order wasn´t delivered on the date it was supposed to.- Tried to contact the seller trough the shop app, mail, whatsapp and instagram and didnt recieve an answer.- Couldn´t cancel the order.- After delivery they contacted me to see what was wrong with my purchase.- I appreciate the effort to remend errors.- Custommer experience needs to be upgraded.

It's a scam. I bought two racquets and I only received one. Trying to contact with customer service during more than one week through email, whatsapp and website chat but nobody responses. Avoid. Update: After 2 weeks I have just received the second racquet. I'll change my review but customer service is still missing.

You dropped my order at a wrong address and I didn’t recieve it and sent may emails and no response , I need a refund ASAP

I was charged twice for one product. Ordered it online and paid and then at the store when I went to pick it up the following day, I was told I had not paid for it so I was charged a second time. Tried calling and contacting multiple times but this company does not pick up or respond. Do not recommend
