Two days before Christmas I placed an order for a present for my Family excited about it but concerned that it would not arrive on time. Not only did it arrive on time but as Hamlovers were out of stock on the one that I ordered Josh left me a message saying that he had sent a better one and it would arrive the next day. I was thrilled. The service was quick, reliable and friendly and my dad has been hiding the ham from the rest of us he likes it so much.

I'm very happy with the hams I have bought as they are very good quality it doesn't matter if it is an iberico ham or a reserva one. The ham arrives very quickly but you expect that when you pay for. Hamlovers are not very flexible about what they give as free gifts.

I have delt with Ham Lovers now for three years and always had a first class service. They have listened to my requests and instructions and delivered accordingly to the letter. A group of us travel extensively around Spain, always on the lookout for the " best" tapas. This ham has just been everything they said, the best I have ever tasted.

I love terry brandy,have done for years,used to bring it back in gallon bottles back in the 60's,bottles made great lamps.In latter years wife and i would drive my old merc down to spain,load up couple of cases and return with enough to see me through to the next holiday.Can no longer do this essential trip and thought my terry days were over.searched high and low for a supplier in the uk to no avail,however my son,to whom I shall be eternally grateful,by chance found hamlovers. Life is now so wonderful,go on line place order within 5/6 days a very well packed terry arrives at my door in perfect condtion all I have to do is sip it,AAAHHH. Would highly recommend you to a friend, in fact I have as people have asked were I got the hams from and didn't hesitate to tell them. Will definitely use again as I have the last two years.

If you like Serrano type hams then you must treat yourself to the real thing. There is no comparison between a this and the pre packed rubbish in the supermarkets. The meat is lovely and sweet and the fat is beautifully buttery, our only complaint was there wasn't enough!

We had a ham delivered from Espain on the 15th Dec and needed a stand, knife etc asap for Christmas......it arrived in time and perfect......brilliant !

Service was true and reliable, was wary as it was xmas time but all came in time. My iberico ham was just as good as sitting in my favourite museum de jamon in Madrid, without the weather of course.

This was the first time I had used Hamlovers but it certainly won't be the last. The iberico ham I ordered was fantastic and pretty good value. It was delivered on time and overall service was great.

I sent for the ham as a Christmas gift for my husband, as I wouldn't let him bring one home in the boot of the car from our holiday earlier in the year! The delivery was exactly as stated and the product was securely packaged. We are now thoroughly enjoying ham with olives, grilled with prawns and, of course, straight from the cut. It's proving to be a talking point with our friends and family and hubby is rising to the challenge of mastering the thin carving technique, thinking that when we have friends round to share some with us it may be a self serve competition!

I bought the ham for a large family gathering. No one had tried Iberico ham before and all were blown away with the presentation of the ham. I had compliments from young and old and several offers to help with what was left!

After an initial glitch which was resolved courteously and speedily, the hams arrived in good time. The recipients have not reported back to me yet, so I cannot comment on the quality of the products. Suggestion: hamlovers website might be amended so that a customer could, in one operation, order two hams to go to two addresses. Not only would the ordering have been simpler, but I would have benefitted from a discount for spending over £x.

Ordered a porron, and was unsure if it would arrive in a million pieces as it was coming from Spain (to the Uk).. The tracking system allowed me to track my parcel, which arrived Christmas Eve (earlier than expected, thankfully as it was a gift) and was in perfect condition as it was packaged well.. Was very pleased with the service.. Thank You..
