I ordered a ham for my brothers birthday present. It was a very last minute decision so speed of delivery was crucial. I ordered it at 4 in the afternoon and it got here from Spain in 20 hours! The quality was truly excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very much enjoyed my Iberico Shoulder. The Sanchez Romero Carvajal video was easy to follow and equipped me with the skills needed to slice the ham to perfection. I only had one incident where I sliced through my finger but that was mainly down to general carelessness following a few glasses of red wine. Don't drink n cut kids! Looking forward to many more ham to come!

We ordered what was our first jamon in England although we have carved and eated it many many times in Spain - perhaps we were unlucky - as sadly we had to carve off fist sized lumps of fat before we got to skinny bits of meat - a great disappointment ! The bloke was nice enough though.

We were sent a Jabuguena Belotta Reserve ham as a Christmas gift, complete with stand and knife. The ham was delicious, a real treat. It also had a card with a gift message from our friends. My only criticism is that the company had also included the receipt in the box. This would make me hesitate before buying gifts from them if I thought a recipient was going to find out how much I'd paid for something. If it wasn't for that I'd give them 5 stars. The ham was amazing!!

The ham was delicious - worth every penny - and arrived promptly, but the thin cardboard box had a pig's trotter poking out one end - fortunately the contents and the package had not completely separated. Five stars for the ham, 2 for the packaging.

I have been trying to stop shopping from large supermarkets and I found the hamlovers site on the internet. I ordered ham, olive oil and almonds to try the products and they were fantatstic. If you are looking for authentic Spanish produce, look no further as you will be pleasantly surprised.

I absolutely love Jamon and all Spanish food. We are Spanish wine importer and distributor. Hamlovers have been recommended to me by a colleague and I have used them last year. I was very happy with the communication which was very personal, checking by email if I received it and if all was ok. I have used them again this year.

I ordered especially for a Spanish Evening I was holding at my home for my birthday and also to celebrate successfuñ Cancer surgery. The delivery company UPS lost a consignment at East Midlands Airport and my goods were part of this. I was given pretty much every excuse in the book and fobbed off by the staff at te centre. I eventually contacted the manager who was helpful and I did receive monetry compensation as I had to use products of a lesser quality from a local source but for me a very happy occasion was ruined. I would point out that people in the area I live have had problems with UPS before.

Josh has been really helpful on the queries and very good turnaround time response! I bought a shoulder ham last year for my bf birthday presents. The quality is great and the delivery is smooth. The quality of ham is high and the one I had in tapas place the other day cannot match. I've received the ham smoothly and all ready for Christmas and hopefully everyone will love the ham!

It was very exciting to receive a whole ham through the post. It was the centrepiece for a christmas party. We bought the stand and knife to go with it. My husband had the first go preparing the ham, which was quite an experience,. When you take the wrapping off, the smell of dead flesh takes the breath way! You need a strong constitution. It was really good having the ham for the party, and we had a lot left over which we are still eating from the freezer. I don't think we would do this again because the effort to prepare and carve the meat is quite substantial. I'd probably buy smaller quantities of prepared ham next time. Less impressive but less stressful as well.

Love the ham - think it's a great price for what it is but was disappointed that when I called Hamlovers to tell them I had paid top dollar for a speedy delivery and it had turned up late, they said they would look into it and never got back to me. Slick outfit but disappointing when it's not slick start to finish.

Good advice on which jamon to get, came with useful DVD and knife, was a present for a friend's 40th who was blown away, much enjoyed by all at his party.

Fantastic products to choose from if you love Spanish food and drink. Delivered as promised and the wine was exceptional. Yet to taste the ham as my son only just let on that he didn't get the ham cutting video as promised. That's not the only reason for not opening the ham as he is waiting for a suitable size gathering to share it with. If you hurry you still might be able to deliver the video on time!

I ordered the ham as a gift for my partner. I was a little bit wary of ordering a mail order ham but I needn't have worried- it arrived within a week and a half and was exactly as ordered. It certainly made for an unusual gift and more to the point it tastes delicious!
