United States | 29 April 2024I was quoted one price for the purchase of my phone from Clickncell but when they received the phone they dramatically reduced the offer because they say the battery life is showing reduced. After the lowball offer I asked for my phone back through their site on 3.29.2024. I sent them messages each week asking for tracking or updates on when it will ship and as of today 4.28.2024 they still have not responded. It's a shame that I have to leave negative public reviews to get a situation resolved but this is where we are in this transaction.

United States | 03 April 2024originally i wrote a review that wasn't the best..i was having a hard time getting in contact with customer service..i didn't have the phone i sent them or any payment for it..i have since been contacted from someone that was very nice and apologetic for the non- communication..they addressed my issue and gave me a couple choices and in the end everything has been worked out. i don't feel they purposely ignored me..it was probably just a mistake and mistakes happen. thanks again for all the help click n cell.

United States | 27 March 2024A business can be measured not in their ability to be perfect but in moments of recovery and imperfections...Its not always an easy task standing on the front lines making decisions of value to consumers during these times. This company has and overcomes challenges via shipping, communication and volume of demand on day to day basis. I didn't have a perfect experience with them, but I understand why challenges came up and I have to acknowledge and commend them for not quitting or giving up on assisting me, recognizing where problems arose and working with me to correct, and showing a compassionate side and real interest in helping me. Process is easy to do. Instructions clear and conscise and lots of availability to ask questions along the way. Pricing is fair and from what I've seen higher than many in the market. Team is informed, and quick to respond.

United States | 25 February 2024UPDATE: They have texted me multiple times offering me cash in exchange for me removing my honest review. I have been chasing click n cell for about a month about the status of my iPad. I bought this iPad brand new about 8 months ago, its never been dropped and was in perfect condition when I sent it out. They lowered my offer saying the back camera was not original and has been replaced (I am the only owner of this device and It has never needed a repair). They had a second technician check it out. This technician claims there is a problem with my screen (again, I have never had a single issue with this device). After calling and texting them several times to get an update I finally got on the phone where they greatly reduced my offer. I rejected the offer and asked for my iPad to be sent back on February 12th, the man on the phone said they would send it out that day and would send me the tracking number. By the 18th I hadn't received a tracking number so I sent them a text. He replied that they would look into it on the 19th, but no one ever got back to me. I sent another message yesterday and called today. No reply. Still waiting to receive back my devise, or at least the tracking number for it. This is disappointing and frustrating. I reached out again the 21st (a week after they said it would be shipped out to me) and they finally said it would be sent out the 22nd. I never received a tracking number or an update, I had to ask again on the 24th for an update. My devise is finally on its way to me. This was a month of me chasing for updates and being told I would be called back but I was never called back and had to continue to follow up for an update. This whole process was disappointing and frustrating.

United States | 21 February 2024I had a mixed experience with Clickncell...The Good: I got paid more than any other site was offering for my device. The Not-So-Good: Their system leaves a lot to be desired. While I got the mailing label right away, The assessment and payment process took a long time, and needed careful monitoring. My device was received on a Saturday, but I kept getting emails looking for my device for days afterward, my call and emails in return not getting responses. I finally got an assessment email confirming my device met their standards and was worth what was originally quoted, which I had to accept (why should I need to accept if it was correct?). Then there were payment issues...I requested payout via paypal which they said their processor was having issues with, I offered Venmo as an alternative which I was told would take 1-3 days. 5 days later and still no payment, was getting concerned. I call and spoke to a nice fellow named Daniel who finally got everything sorted out and paid via Venmo right away. The whole process took 10 days, not the paid within 24 hours of receipt they advertise on their site, but I did get paid and more than other sites.

United States | 16 February 2024Clickncell received my phone on Jan 5, 2024. I still have not got paid, today is Feb. 15, 2024. On Jan. 15, 2024, I received an email that they had not gotten my phone, though tracking said it was delivered on Jan. 5. I contacted clickncell who advised they had sent an earlier email, I did not get it, about some kind of lock on the phone. I had never heard of this lock. I did exactly what I was told to do to sell the phone. I did what the rep. asked and unlocked whatever kind of lock was on it, phone is an iphone 8. They were supposed to send my money then. On Feb. 9th, an agent emailed me and said my money was to be expidited and I would get via Paypal pay, within 24 to 72 hours. Now it has been 96 hours, still not payment, and I have sent emails twice in the last 3 days with no response. I tried the phone, but only got a recording. I am not happy. Up date: On 02/15/2024, got a great rep. on chat. He stayed with me and got me my money within a few minutes. His name was Daniel B. He was very professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. He took care of the problem quickly and made sure I was very satisfied. I wish I had gotten him first.

Their claim was a glitch in the system and I hope that was the case. I think my problems were not the norm as many have had positive interactions. United States | 04 February 2024The original offer for my Samsung S10 5G was $110 in good condition. They updated it to "broken" condition several days (not the 24 hours as they claim) after it was delivered and lowered the price to $74, claiming the battery tested bad. This device was purchased new a few months ago and only used for 1 month while overseas. I do believe they are claiming a lot of devices are in worse condition than what individuals describe them as just to pay them less. They did offer to send my device back to me, but i took the lesser offer just to get it over with. I will never be using them again, and advise anyone against using them.

Yet you will not respond to continued non-payment. I've emailed and reached out via Twitter and still no response. I will be looking into further escalations to address this if payment is not made immediately. or return the phone. UPDATE: 1/29/24 - ClicknCell did pay out in full after an aggressive campaign using multiple methods to get their attention/response.

United States | 06 January 2024I do NOT recommend using this website. I’m being told my flawless device has damage to reduce the payment price. I know for a fact that my device did NOT have any damage, just to confirm I reviewed all my photos and videos to make sure. Nonetheless, my device has no damage whatsoever. Do better than I did and avoid the hassle I’m having to deal with.
