Really impressed with the service from these guys. I'd ordered the wrong size but refund was processed quickly. My replacement order was sent out promptly and I'm pleased to say that the trousers fit perfectly and do a great job keeping me warm and dry.

Headed to Bikers World in East Grinsted following recommendation. It did not disappoint. The best range of clothing I have seen, including ladies, so I was actually able to get some proper ladies biking jeans - and a helmet, and gloves and.... But we went for my other half and the staff were so helpful. Happy to order in the size of trousers needed with no obligation. Return visit when trousers were in - one week later - and left with a lighter wallet and happy bikers. It's out of the way, but the Llamas and Emus add a certain something!
