ordered a jacket for next day delivery. Took a week to come didn't fit so had to send it back witch cost me £20 also they had no sizes in any jacket bigger than a large. when i called to discuss the no free returns the guy on the phone was very rude and talked to me like i was an idiot.

I ordered the wrong year for the part I required, no issue to exchange it, it should be with me this week.

Visited Bikers world from chesterfield, once having had a look around we went to seek the knowledge of Chris, the information, details, and help that this guy gave us was superb, he explained everything about the different types of helmets and the benefits of each one and not once did he tell us that the cheap ones were rubbish or that the dearest were the best. We also bought Jeans, which he ordered in and jackets that we took with us. He's just rang and left us a voicemail to say the jeans and helmets are in and that he is sending them out to us free of charge because we don't live local. We won't go anywhere else in the future now due to the top notch customer service, if we could give 10 stars we would.

Due to confusing descriptions from various online suppliers, I found it difficult to source a part for my new model of bike that was not yet listed everywhere. Then I came across Bikers World, who had the part, clearly described, which they very promptly supplied. I was able to fit it easily. Problem solved.
