We made an initial enquiry about selling our property via the online option and were called back 15 minutes later by Richard, who gave us a competent and comprehensive breakdown of the services offered. Excellent customer service.

I’ve just completed a sale of a property in Leeds with Good Move. The customer service was of a high standard, with a special mention to Georgia who was so helpful throughout. The sale took a little longer than expected, due to delays with the buyers solicitor, but Georgia was great in chasing this up, keeping momentum going and keeping me informed. The solicitors assigned by Good Move were also good. I would recommend as it’s a easy, hassle free process.

A good experience with Max being the dedicated person handling our sale from start to finish. I was so dubious about using a company I hadn’t really heard of. From the start they have been so helpful. We are in a slightly different position as was selling a house whilst we live abroad so that obviously made things so difficult. We have been kept up to date throughout . Everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly and helpful and just made this process which could have been so difficult and stressful into a smooth quick easy sell.
