The guys at Good Move were excellent in helping us find a buyer for our property when we were looking for a quick & hassle free sale. Very conscious regarding our position, and a great initial discussion setting out our options and how best to proceed with finding a quick buyer to get the best value from the property, agreeing the amount we wanted after all costs up front, so always knowing where we were in that regard. Regular updates throughout the process of finding the right buyer, and then through the legal process, for which unfortunately there were some minor delays due to no fault of Good Move, who in fact were once again excellent in their regular updates. Good Move were incredibly easy to work with and helped me in a difficult time in my life by purchasing my property. They dont pay the full market value but its a fair value for the service and they cover all the solicitor fees. If you need a quick sale and want a transparent service with regular updates I would reccomend Good Move at all times, they did everything they promised and more

Good Move took a lot of hassle and pain away from what you would expect during a house sale. I got email updates and follow ups by phone at each mile stone and the staff in the office were all friendly and helpful. I felt that everyone had gone the extra mile to make this happen within the time frame initially given.

I had high hopes for Good Move after reading so many good reviews but unfortunately we didn't complete as promised which caused us some problems and set backs and only have been told on the day that we were meant to complete that we wiii not complete. Wasn't happy with the solicitor that was recommended either. Next time I would try a different company. The guy who brought contracts to sign was one hour late (we had to take time off work) and was very rude and couldn't even speak English. Josh was very helpful so would reccomend him! I was concerned at the start, as I had been warned that these companies rip you off, lead you on with unrealistic time frames etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised. My house sale was done quickly and efficiently. I even ended up with more money than initially offered. The solicitor they recommended - Gemma from Williams & Co. at Cleakheaton, was also excellent. Everything was pushed through in a matter of weeks, with Georgia, from Good Move keeping me up to date with everything. It was great to have just one person to deal with, and she was brilliant. I decided to sell my house to Goodmove for a hassle free quick sale. OK, things took a little longer than expected, not Goodmove's fault but delays on the searches and stuff. In the end it took 8 weeks from my first email to Goodmove to completing. The money was OK, it turned out to be not much less than I could have achieved on the open market. I had a very friendly member of staff allocated (Dalia) and she has been absolutely wonderful. She kept me updated at all times, she answered all my questions very quickly. I felt well looked after. If you want a quick sale with absolutely no hassle consider Goodmove. (Goodmove paid me almost double of what webuyanyhouse offered me!)
