The background check failed to bring up the applicants criminal history when I specifically paid extra to check the criminal history of the applicant.

Complicated to turn an applicant to a tenant

I thought I'd receive an email stating the credit check had been completed. When I didn't hear anything in a few days, I logged in and found the info was there. Would be good to receive an update from LandlordStation otherwise, no complaints.

took days to received information had to go to smartmove and get the same thing in minutes. they spent double there money ! I will never use again.

Easy to use to get a credit report on a tenant.

I selected a service that promised phone verification. Based on the fast turnaround on a Saturday, I believe no phone verification was performed. If the verification requires consent of the applicant, the site should prompt the applicant to give that consent, given that I pre-paid for that service. If the applicant refuses consent, the report should indicate that choice to me.

I'm a landlord of a single condo unit, and LandlordStation does a fabulous job of serving up the utilities I need. I use it for the application and credit check process. The site is reliable, easy to use, and produces quality results. I'm so glad I found it!

Credit report not shown but applicant did have credit. I had to get applicant to provide his own credit report.

Would like to see the last 4 digits of applicants SS# on report, so I can verify the one they gave me on my application is not fraudulent.

I have been using Landlord Station since 2014.It is a wonderful tool for Landlords. However I feel that the quality and thoroughness of the report was better back in 2014. In fact it was more than a Credit Report. I got more for $22 per Tenant. To get similar quality, It appears we have to pay over $35 per Tenant. I like the purchasing in bulk option. I was able to screen more potential Tenants for this Unit.

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because of the criminal records investigation. I received emails stating that my prospective tenants had erroneous criminal records. If you know it's erroneous then I shouldn't receive any notice. If you can't provide correct information because it's not tracked by SSN then you shouldn't offer the service.

I've used them one time so far and I could not be more impressed with their service. I would highly recommend them for your management needs.
