Poor security standards. I did a reset on my password when I had forgotten it. My password was e-mailed to me in plain text!

We have used Landlord Station for the past 4 years to vet prospective tenants. The system is easy to use for both landlord and prospective tenant, and lends expedient information.

I paid for the $45 level of service and expected to get information about employment and got zero. When I asked why not I was just told they didn't know why and it was up to me to verify employment. It seems to me that if a potential tenant gives you their social security number that would be easy to get. Paying $65 to get this information is far too expensive to pay for that service as most tenants complain already about paying $45. Will be looking for another screening service. Landlordstation customer service also couldn't explain to me how they "accepted" a tenant when their debt was extremely high and no employment verification was given. Just doesn't make sense to me and doesn't make me have confidence in the service.

The initial link for the tenant response had a technical problem that didn't allow the authorization to proceed. The issue was reported and Laura responded quickly to let us know the issue was on their end and it got fixed quickly. Nice format to the report and comprehensive.

The site is hard to navigate. The process is not laid out properly. Any one who isn't comfortable with a computer will struggle as my mother did.
