I found the theory easy to follow and understand and comprehensive enough for this qualification. Communication with the Test and Tag team was always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The online practical component was also easy to navigate, with a high focus on safety. Geoff is an excellent trainer/presenter who made the experience quite comfortable. Thank you.

Overall a good service from start to finish

I couldn't use the online registration form, it only let's me fill out a location in Sydney. After I told your receptionist this she said that was fine and to just put any location. After doing the course I was told I would not receive any accreditation as I entered in the wrong location and that I could just fill it out again. You still haven't fixed this issue so I still can't enter balcatta in as a location. The training itself was lovely, very informative and useful.

The trainer was fantastic and the course so easy to understand and work through. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do this type of training.

Very easy to follow information

I was very nervous going into the test and tagging, not sure what to expect and not knowing what i needed to do. I met Mark first up and was directed to kitchen and orientated around the building, after taking to Mark I felt settled and comfortable and ready to go. The whole experience was interesting an informative. Mark was professional and knew a lot about the subject Mark answered the questions we asked in an easy and simple way Mark helped with any problems we where having and was hands on
