It was good to turn up to the course and all material, pen, facilities, lunch and test gear were provided for the day. The instructor was good. Plenty of short breaks between topics. The facilities were comfortable and on-site parking available.

The instructor for the Test and Tag Course was experienced in Testing and Tagging. He was able to instruct those using different machines which may have been an issue. He balanced humour and knowledge into the presentation to make it more engaging.

Training was great, facilitator was wonderful. The organisation, catering and communication really needs improvement. People where offered a meal as a part of training and told dietaries would try to be accomodated. No dietary accommodations where made and the ones written in the application where not even communicated to cafeteria. Many people attended the wrong building, or where very late as the location instructions where not clear. Very few breaks allowed and room where training was done was incredibly cold. Also no support at all was offered for online components.

Great online communication from start to the end of training course. Very good preparation that given us more information & details before face-to-face session.
