United States | 24 September 2024The overall experience was fast and easy, my only complaint would be with the towing company, I was given a pick time range when it was 30 minutes past the range I called and was told a delay and they would arrived within 30 minutes, ok no problem delays happen however the truck arrived over an hour later, so better communication with the towing service. I never heard from the towing service and when I called, I called the original number for veterans to get in touch. So as I say the tow company needs to communicate better.

United States | 23 September 2024Your phone reps responded timely and answered all my questions. They re-contacted me while I was trying to get things in order .... I was not forgotten. Your towtruck operater, Bryan Strange, met my preferred schedule and arrived 'zackly on time. He was very considerate, even though I was not quite fully prepared. I apologize for delaying him some. I hated to let my Volvo S-70 go, but recovery from engine overheat was beyond my means. So I'm glad I can help benefit veterans. If it's not too late to specify, I'd like the proceeds to go to the "Soldiers' Angels" org. A lady at the VA had good words about them. I delayed committing to your program because I was trying to find someone who would commit to repairs (head gasket) and putting the car directly in the hands of a vet. But that approach is apparently almost nonexistent 'cuz of liability risk. So thanks for what you're doing.
