United States | 30 October 2024It was a very quick process. I got a call the same day I submitted the request. The vehicle was picked up within 2 days of submitting it. The only issue I had was when the rep first called me, I asked here to call me back on a differ3ent number since my cell phone doesn't get very good signal when at home, and she didn't. She kept saying that I was breaking up and that is why I was telling her to call my home phone. I didn't give that number initially because I didn't expect a call until the next day.

United States | 25 October 2024Quick efficient sign up process. Well explained by the office. Slight problem with towing. First tow scheduled for 10/22/24 was r/s due to truck breakdown. Because of my disability, I requested the tow for the afternoon or late morning. The driver wanted to pick up car 6:30 a.m. After reaching an agreement for after 8a.m. pickup, truck arrived early afternoon which was fine! Very pleasant driver, quick pickup and he removed my tags for me. All in all I recommend this organization!
