Quick and easy process and pick up

I just like to help the armed forces. My grandad was a Master Sargent was in world war 1,,2 an Korea war. My best friend dad served, My best friend was in Iraq war, Afghanistan war, two Tours there.

I would definitely recommend Veteran Car Donation to anyone considering to donate their vehicle. The person I spoke to first was very professional and helpful and when they recontacted me I was ready and I had sufficient knowledge to do it. As promised, they let me when the car sold and at what price. I was surprised how fast the entire process took.

From the person who answered the phone to the gentleman who called from the two truck, everybody was very helpful and friendly. The truck driver had trouble getting my car due to another car blocking me in. The two truck driver was great, he explained that he would come back two days later and get the car then. Very professional. All who I spoke with thanked me for my donation which really meant a lot.

Very easy process and speedy response. All aspects of this transaction were simple and the employees were knowledgeable. The tow company that picked up our vehicle also provided excellent service.

They were easy to work with and always kept me up to date wuth what my status was. I would have liked the mailing process to be a little smoother but overall I had an amazing experience.

From the person I spoke to at my initial call about donating, to when the tow truck driver pulled out of my driveway, the experience went amazingly well. The person I spoke to when setting up the process told me exactly how it would work and so it did. Mr. Strange, the tower called me the next day and set up pick up date and time to my convenience. He also told me the procedure, and told me about the paper work he would have and went over it with me. He arrived right on time. Besides going over the paper work, and giving me information about the auction and how the Veterans benefit from the donation, he removed the license tags for me. It couldn't have gone smoother. I would certainly recommend donating to the veterans to my friends.

The towing service was very punctual and polite. The driver informed me of the exact time to expect him and called to inform me that he may be a few minutes behind schedule.
