United States | 27 February 2024VCR gave me a 4-hour window to pick up my car but said I'd have at least an hour's notice on the day of the pickup. They were true to their word, adding what I needed to bring along (like the title, etc.) Alex was right on time with his flatbed and was adept at getting my old car to start as he then towed it onto the flatbed. Alex could not have been nicer. (I gave him a nice tip!)
