We also were impressed with the conscientiousness of the pickup person even though he had mechanical issues with his vehicle - he fixed that and still made the 3 hour drive in the dark. He was amazing.

United States | 05 January 2024There was no physical reciept given to me at the time of the pickup. No exchange of info as to a donation had been made other than that I gave them title. I will not be donating anything else to this charity; if it is truely a charity.

I believe your driver should have some cutting tools to remove and return the license plates at the time of towing the vehicle, so that you wouldn't have to take it to the shop to cut them off. I need to return the license plates to the State of MD soon
