United States | 11 November 2023I donated a boat with a blue book value of $16,000. After almost 2 months they say it sold for $6,300. That is bull crap. They probably had a private auction and bought it themselves!!! $6,300 for a boat worth $16,000. Do you have any Bentleys for $5,000 or perhaps a Porsche for a thousand! All around poor service they were unorganized, incompetent and completely lacking knowledge. It took over a month and 30 phone calls from 12 different people just to get the boat picked up. A shameful organization. Donate somewhere else or get screwed here.
