The scheduling and pickup were very easy

Person who picked up our vehicle was very respectful. He called in advance to tell us when he would be at our property. Weather was sketchy and he stated he would call if he couldn't make it. He did call the day of and said he would make it. This was a very easy experience, and I would recommend this company to everyone.

Veterans Car Donations made giving my vehicle as simple and easy as possible. Their support specialist was patient, helpfully informative, thoroughly knowledgeable and very friendly over the phone. The Capital Auto & Truck towing company's dispatcher shared those positive qualities, and the tow truck driver was unusually sharp, expert and attentive to my needs.

It was very easy to donate my car. Veterans and the car dealer took care of everything for me. My late husband was a Vietnam vet and that is exactly what he would have wanted me to do. Just a small thank you gift for all the veterans have done for our country. Thank you.

The process was easy, the steps to follow when you fill out the online donation form are very clear. Almost immediately an agent from the veterans donation office contacts you by phone and takes all your information and the information of the car that in my case I was donating, in a very kind and courteous manner. Then they connect you with the company in charge of towing the car in order to schedule the day and the time to pick up the car. They were so punctual and very friendly. And they manage all the paperwork. It was a great experience!

Polite stuff, easy to walk through answering questions. The only thing I would recommend is that the staff receiving the phone calls ask the questions slower.

I gave the foreign lady all the correct address information three times. On pickup day I received a call from Las Vegas, NV from the towing company about PU time. I told them that I thought they had incorrect info. Vehicle in COLORADO NOT NV. They had to make other arrangements with Parker, CO. Tow - they picked it up after dark. Tow truck driver did a good job. (Even with all the mixup.
