The Vet Cars folks reached out to help with the situation, and are actively interested in making the donation experience as smooth as they can (and I applaud their efforts).

The tow truck driver was very nice and even pulled over for us when we realized we forgot the plates. I've loved that car for the first 10yrs of my own active service and I am happy to donate it to veterans in need. Thank you!

United States | 26 November 2024This is the 3rd time we have donated a vehicle, as always the process is very smooth and they work with you to set up the time and date for pick up. The only reason why I did not provide a 5-star rating this time around, is because the driver showed up with-out the release of liability paper work (that was always done before). I did confirm if this would be done for us prior to picking up the car, and we were told that it would be.
