Well for a desktop computer what I just applied forthere been a few dodgy issues. like a faulty desktop box what Im aspects wait for another. then no Wi-Fi connected in the monitor so once again I'm aspects wait more time what clearly not hard for ppl to check thing before sending it to the person since I recall there the ones paying it beyond joke

A great experience with helpful and not pushy sales staff. Only one issue : we were led to believe that we get a rebate of $1430 and the sales staff assured is it would go into our bank. We weren’t convinced and thought it would be given as cards like a Visa card. As yet we still haven’t received any or even notice of impending rebate.

Very helpful as I changed a product after the initial contract.

Salesman not entirely sure about details and benefits of products. Product purchased has been purchased on his product knowledge but will not be convinced until after Christmas 2019. Aside from this minor thing experience was good.

Hi There ,Ive been dealing with R&R for over 40 Years ,In That time i only ever had One bad encounter ,However just recently when i got a New Phone ,I was Told about a Redemption ? So when the time was right i Tryed to Log In ? Well that didn't work as it seems the Password that i have always Used did not want to Let me In .So Now i am Just waiting to see if im going to Have another Bad Encounter ,Other than that no Problems ,regards Ian wright
