Despite paying for special courier, my poster did not arrive on time, which meant I had to pay for another one locally. In fact, my poster still has not arrived. Neither has a refund been issued.

Easy to use website and fast delivery, but expensive postage almost doubling the price of the order will discourage me from ordering online for future posters. When the poster arrived, the colours were bright and clear but the paper was so flimsy, I will now need to pay for it to be laminated.
