Because the website is a little bit awkward to use I had an email from a real person to sort out my order which I had messed up a bit. Once the order was sorted out, it was printed and sent quickly, in excellent packaging and was top quality. Four stars, if the website was easier to use I wouldn't need the brilliant staff.

As an A level photography student that needed posters for my finals I was extremely happy with the quality they provided.

My poster was sent out last week however I was very disappointed due to the tube being badly dented probably fault of the couriers which meant my poster had lots of creases and dents in it which was obviously not acceptable for my work. However having rung poster pigeon up the service was good and I have been sent a second poster as soon as was possible free of charge so the matter has now been resolved. My actual poster is great and I'm very satisfied with the final outcome.
