United States | 04 April 2025What the heck epic? Why would you do away with written reviews and questions? This site is just full of garbage now. There's no way to tell if a plugin is actually good or just spammed by bots rating it 5 stars.

Argentina | 12 March 2025Fab is simply a disaster for customers and sellers...

Austria | 26 February 2025really shocking how garbage this shop is. the quixel bridge isnt working anymore so everything needs to be manually imported. workflow sucks now. I kind of liked epic, but dont trust this garbage company. they will randomly kneecap you.

Portugal | 22 February 2025They are asking me to verify address all the time and giving limited amount of time and they themselves take more than 3 days to check. What document you want me to shove in your face to verify my address!!?

United States | 22 February 2025I got some assets as part of a humble bundle. About 2/3 of them can't be downloaded directly both on the Fab.com website and through the Epic Games Launcher. The rest that are available to download directly turn into "Unconfirmed.crdownload" files which aren't very useful either. I contacted Fab support for help, and they treated me like an idiot and gave me a 30 page guide on how to download assets. I know how to download them, you click the download icon, but the download icon doesn't actually download the assets 2/3 of the time. It just brings up a useless popup window with information about the asset. I told them that their guide didn't fix my problem. They ignored my reply and set my error report to "fixed"...

Unknown country code | 31 January 2025Destroyed something that worked and was good (unreal marketplace). There are no user text reviews, just star rating on products. No wishlist. Broken library (can't event sort by price or bought items). Stupid search engine that spits out unrelated trash. On release day, fab website didn't even show stuff you bought by unreal marketplace. This is just straight up broken. GIVE BACK UM!

United States | 26 January 2025Pure destruction of value. Time to SHORTSELL EPIC GAMES stock!! Worst business moves in decades Quixel is vaporized - blackball this executive forever!!

Italy | 25 January 2025Fab.com is no more "Fab.com GmbH" but Sketchfab's ruins after Epic bought, and destroy, them. Avoid them and look for actual 3D market that, at very least, allow you to download models straight away from link... and not by "download the downloader" like we're in the early 2000. There are plenty of alternative, just avoid them: this market is just a "fortnite" seller (yeah, their downloader is filled with ads and like that)

United Kingdom | 03 December 2024STUPID.....Nothing is selling anymore and users are now reporting that they can't even buy some of the things, there is no more text reviews, which is terrible not being able to see others comments before purchasing for yourself, i am now thinking that they are lying that people are not selling and just keeping 100% profit for themselves.., i would suggest taking all your assets of the site until they get fed up and revert back to all separate markets

Netherlands | 22 November 2024So bad coming from Epic Unreal Engine Marketplace. Who approved this? Nobody did a UX (user experience) check before they rolled this out. Such a big company. so poorly executed... the fact that you are just pushed to this new thingeven.... It might get better over time, but this is just bad.

Chile | 17 November 2024A LITERAL DOWNGRADE

Israel | 25 October 2024This is really bad. I had around 20 assets in my cart and was about to buy them, but with the switch to FAB, the cart price jumped from around $1,000 to over $10,000. They added licensing that's hurting us! The personal license is capped at $100,000 gross revenue, which is basically nothing after Steam rates and refunds—you end up with around $40,000 net from $100,000 gross. Considering game development costs, time invested, and asset spending, you barely break even, and this is all due to Epic's decisions and asset creators' greed. Why would they cap the personal license so low and introduce different licensing options? We were better off with the old marketplace license and a single fixed price. Plus, most creators have taken this opportunity to increase the price for the pro license, which is necessary for most developers if you make even $101,000 gross. They've multiplied their asset prices by 100% to 1,500%, which is insane. In the long run, they'll lose more money rather than gain it. I've spent over $50,000 on assets so far, but as of today, I'm done. I won't buy assets with a pro license priced more than 50% higher than the personal license. I can't afford it. I'm a solo dev without funding, not a company with teams and a real budget. Not sure how you guys feel about it.

Germany | 23 October 2024It's awful. The store is full with AI generated, extremly bad 3D models. Showing a good 2D concept art and then it's just a bad AI 3D model. No likes, no comments, no views, it is worse in every regard.

United States | 25 July 2020Fab is a scam. Based out of Ireland. Charged my cc in Dec 2019. No product. Do not respond to emails. No phone. Stay away. Do an internet search and see for yourself.

United States | 11 August 2015I order some kitchen stuff from them, all the products were good quality and everything came on time. I was disappointed to find one of the things I ordered available on amazon for $10 less than fab was selling it for. Bummer! So be sure to google their stuff first to see if its available elsewhere for less.

Poor quality and service.

Denmark | 28 October 2014We ordered a custom built TV-table. We designed the basics on their website and the rest was handled through email communication. Speedy replies and competent guidance all the way through. Delivery time was around 8 weeks - fair enough as it is a custom designed piece of furniture. And it arrived well within the time frame given. Robert, Copenhagen, Denmark
