United Kingdom | 29 April 2022The service I received fro this company was absolutely awful. The reliability of the broadband was shocking. The technial support they offer is appalling. Everytime there was a problem - which was frequently - I had to spend hours on the chat line trying to get them to sort it out and almost always ended up having to pay for a new router - even though it was their responsibility. At the end of he contract they overcharged me shockingly. Avoid this company like the plague.

United Kingdom | 29 March 2022We have been having difficulty is accessing our domain name. For some reason Supanet had either deleted it from their system or denied we had this service, which was strange as we had been a customer since 2004. So much so that our customers could place orders via our website even though Supanet said it didn't exist. The process to resolve this has been a long one, taking over 6 months of continuous calling customer services and asking for updates, at this point I have to say your Customer Service Team were and are amazing and as I said on many occasions when taking to them, it was not them I was cross with, it was Supanet for losing our info in the first place. People who were brilliant include, Cathy, James, Dana, Mostin, Mohammed, Donna, to name but a few, indeed most of these nice people I spoke to up to 4/5 times, so I got to know them quite well and they were confused with how long the process was taking. Another area which concerned me was the ability of either the I.T team or the senior team to call me back with an update, to be honest, this only happened on 2 occasions, and that was frustrating to me as a customer. I would have giving 5 stars to the team on my experience, but for the people concerned with losing our data or filing our domain name under someone else, minus stars would not be unreasonable. It would be nice to think Supanet have learnt from this and I'm sure most customers would not have put up with this for as long as it went on for, because there are other providers in the market place offering even to transfer domain names with an EEP code, we have that code but decided not to take that option. Lessons should and hopefully will be learnt, from parent companies, the Internexis Group and Netline, so other customers do not have to go through this experience as we did. We now finally have our domain name and have access to it, so can update pages on our website. To end on a positive we have made an arrangement for the team to call me in mid June for an update on our domain site, as it was due to expire in the end of June and we would have lost our website, hopefully that will now not happen Once again many thanks to your excellent service team

Erin's help prevented me from going to the ombudsmen to complain about the service previously received. The fact I had to make the call is what prevented me from giving five stars.

She was very thorough in tracking the issue, and patient as she guided me through the modem's set up screens in order to get me on line. The upgrade progressed smoothly following an earlier chat to initiate the upgrade. While my overall communications bill may not be the cheapest, it works well, and that is priceless!

I spoke to Charlotte and she was most helpful and answered all my questions and solved all my problems. I would certainly use this method of contacting Supanet again
