I have been trying to set up a new password but their system does not send me a link to my email to do this yet I have been a user for several year. I phoned them up and explained the problem and the only advice I was given was to speak to my employer. I said I had already done this and was told to contact paycheck ltd to setup a new password because this password was unique to me and not anything the company I work for can set up. Still I was told to speak to my employer. I had just explained that I was going round in circles then the rude phone operative who sounded like he didn't know what to do just put the phone down on me after insisting that I contact my employer. This paycheck ltd employee was very rude, very unprofessional and very unhelpful, he was a complete melt.

What an effort to view my payslip!!! The least user friendly system I have ever used. Difficult to navigate especially on mobile, nothing is mobile friendly. I am still waiting for my password reset email. It's not easy to contact help teams. Just disappointed.

What an effort to just view my pay slip. 3 times I've had to ask for a code and the expiry time is ridiculous never had this problem with other companies. When finally after one month getting in I tried to view my pay slip in the two ways available and one said corrupt file . The other said unsupported grrr still after six weeks cannot view my payslips
