After researching numerous companies for a patio umbrella I found Midtownumbrellas. The quality, service and speed of delivery is five stars. I highly recommend them if you appreciate dealing with a real quality company.

It doesn't get better. I great product and even better customer service. I ordered orange umbrellas and the orange wasn't quite right, they helped me swap to black insanely quick. I won't go anywhere else.

We just received the umbrellas so can not comment on long term quality. They look really nice. My frustration is that it was not clear to us that these umbrellas are intended for table height only; not bar height. We have never had problems with this is the past when purchasing umbrellas so we didn't think to check the dimensions of the lower pole. Anyway, at least you can return them within 30 days.

At first I wasnt sure Midtown would be worth the money - after all, there were cheaper versions. I found out, not so. Cheaper ones fade too quickly, the Midtown products do not. Then, the latest I had a seam pull out. Midtown immediately sent me a replacement canopy, The customer support is awesome and the warranty is one that you can bank on.

Beautiful umbrella arrived quickly. When they didn’t have the 6foot option we wanted - they upgraded us to the 8 foot for now charge. Excellent customer service! We love our new umbrella!

The Umbrella is great— same quality same colour as our last. I gave 4 stars because FedX left the parcel in front of our garage not at the front door. That action left us vulnerable for theft. Anyway I kept checking for it so no issue. FedX should carry it up the stairs where it would have been out of site. Thanks, Lucille
