Ordered a patio shade umbrella. It came with wrong colored canopy. Request return..still waiting for return ship instructions.

Umbrella is well made and mechanically flawless. Works as easy as advertised, we live at the coast so the easy rotate feature is great. Perfect color and the umbrella cover definitely worth the investment.

I still have not received my order and no pending delivery date. It is frustrating. I'm giving it another week before I cancel my order; which was not a special order.

I thought I had send this last week, but I am VERY pleased with Midtown umbrellas. They have quality products, the umbrella cover I have has not faded at all. I did have the regular umbrella spine with the pulley, but it didn't do too well for me. I contacted them and they sent me immediately the other kind, the push up, and I love it. It's like a market umbrella with little holes at the top of the spine where you an station the upbrella up. Love it.

Website is easy to navigate, and products are displayed well. Picked out what we wanted & payed for it. Did not need to talk to a team member as we knew what we wanted. We recieved our umbrella within 3 days of placing the order. Have to wait for summer to use it but are hoping we will be happy with it.

High quality offerings, multiple options for most models, easy to navigate website, fast shipping and good communication. Aside from giving the merchandise away, I don't know how MU could improve my experience.
