Jon was absolutely brilliant in helping us deal with the sale of our brother's house. Friendly, patient and helpful in every way at a time when we were dealing with the loss of our much-loved brother. There were some severe hiccups along the way and the process became very long and drawn out (none of which was to do with Jon and his team) and Jon was unfailingly understanding, patient, diplomatic, helpful ... just all in all great! Can't recommend enough.

I applied for a rental property & was told I’d be made aware when a decision was made. I then went online to see the property removed & marked “holding deposit received”. This was incredibly disappointing to not be told I had been rejected. I then rang up, nobody was free to talk and was promised a call back that never happened. I decided to email and ask for feedback, no apology was given or feedback. Incredibly poor customer service, won’t be using again.

I bought a house being sold by the Local Agent. They had a friendly sales approach which was good and then helped managed the purchase with professionalism and diligence. They were proactive in chasing solicitors etc and supported post completion on a couple of issues. Overall, was very impressed.
