This is great independent running retailer. Have purchased running shoes, clothing and accessories on a number of occasions. They stock a wide variety of quality products. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For a smaller retailer they are extremely competitive in regards to value and their customer service is excellent.

Excellent service and really helpful staff. I contacted them for actual measurements of jacket which they did for me as manufacturers sizing is not always good. Really good as I would have ordered the wrong size.

I bought a pair of running shoes from Pete Bland Sports several years ago and was knocked out by the friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness of the staff that went way beyond simply selling me running shoes. I went back yesterday and was delighted to find that, although there were different staff on duty, the truly exceptional customer service remained just as high. I took my Mum (80+) to Pete Blands this morning. I went knowing it would to be a challenge to find something she was happy with but understanding that she wants to keep walking despite problem feet. Cath was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, kind, patient, if I could rate her 6 I would :). Suffice to say, we purchased a pair of Inov8 that Mum's chuffed to pieces with. Brilliant shop.

Ordered Inov-8 Stormshell jacket, it arrived in 2 days but was too small. Sent back and a replacement arrived again in 2 days, absolutely delighted with product and Customer service is a credit to this company.Would definitely recommend and I will happily use again 😀

Had some excellent, friendly advice from Paul at Pete Bland Sports when looking for a new pair of hybrid trail running shoes. He couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately I ended up buying some shoes elsewhere because they didn't stock my size, but I will definitely be looking at their site when making purchases in the future and look forward to popping into the shop when restrictions are lifted.

This company has excellent customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff. They carry an excellent range of trainers and other running-related kit. I've ordered two pairs of trainers over recent weeks and have been really impressed with the service and also the prompt dispatch and free delivery. Highly recommended.

I was desperate to get a pair of Hoka One One Carbon x and this was the only pace in the country that I could see that had them in my size and stock and at a discounted price. Paid and arrived in a few days in mint condition untouched. Excellent company, would use again.
