I like supporting independent local shops and not always buying from Amazon, etc, but it's not always that easy. I really like buying from Pete Bland because they are the ultimate trail/fell running specialist and their prices and service are spot-on. I have bought a few things from them and they've always arrived when expected without me having to pay a fortune for postage. Highly recommended.

All of the Pete Bland staff are helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful - whether on the van at a wet muddy fell race, in the shop in Kendal or responding to queries over the internet. The shop stocks a great range of kit for serious runners of all varieties - road, trail & fell. After-sales service is also great, when I had a pair of trainers that fell apart after over 200km of running I was given a generous credit note which pretty much covered the cost of the next pair. If you are looking for running kit, don't look any further than here.
