I purchased an Inov-8 lightweight waterproof jacket, it was the best price I could find on the market, when it arrived I wore it and got wet, I contacted Petebladsports who gave me some advise and I tried it again, I got wet again, I contacted again and was asked to return the item as it was clearly faulty. They worked with Inov-8 to check it and offered me a refund or replacement, I got a replacement and that jacket works perfectly it even stood up to Storm Brendan this week.
