The booking was confirmed but when we turned up at the hotel they refused to give us a room and said the booking was only provisional and they have no space for us. This was bitterly disappointing as we ended up on Hot Venice Streets and had to endure a long day in very hot weather. Dayuse reservation number: 5ZS5D631
