United Kingdom | 27 June 2024My booking price was £50.00 at the dayuse website and when arrived at the ibis hotel new street the receptionst charged me £59 and she was very rude 😑 and didn't show any customer service skills will never go back to that hotel and not recommend it to my family and friends
