For the 3rd time in a row now...i have booked a room ,as advertised on the Dayuse website,have had the official confirmation email,then turned up & theres been a problem!!!...two times the Hotel didnt know of my booking,& i had to settle for a room they hastily found for me at short notice,that wasnt the type id booked & paid for...& on the third occasion it happened yet again EVEN after,phoning the Dayuse helpline 3 days beforehand & making sure due to previous experiences,that the room id booked was available as per described...which was confirmed by word of mouth,by a reprasentitive of the company,after they i assume phoned the Hotel. What do you have to do,to get the service they advertise for goodness sake!!!!,there used to be no problem using Dayuse,but i wouldnt recomend it now to anybody...as 3 times on the trot,is a disgrace to be honest🤷🏻‍♂️,to be fair to the Hotel in question,compensation of free lunch was offered & taken on 2 occasions ,which was appreciated...but the fact still remains that Dayuse cant seem to get the bookings sorted ,like they used to be able to do.....im no Hotelier or even a businessman...but if your unable to fulfill your advertised service,why then do you advertise it????, its a 50/50 chance from recent experience that you get what you pay for & book with Dayuse...be warned.

The hotel staff were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a day use.
