When I got there,the hotel had no record of my prepayment so I'd need to pay again. Which I refused to do without any guarantee of getting it back. So had to go hack to the office I'd been working at to sleep in a corner unused meeting room. Great, thanks. To make it up to me, Dayuse agreed to refund my booking and upgrade my room next time I used them, as long as I requested the upgrade a week into my trip. I did so last week, and they confirmed it would be fine. The day before my stay, they inform me they can no longer upgrade because the better rooms are sold out. But their own website (and the hotel's) show that this was not true. Will never use again, and would strongly advise anyone reading not to do so either. System glitches can happen, but outright dishonesty is a bridge too far.
