I have been taking this for 3 weeks and I haven’t noticed any improvement

I did plenty of research on this subject and also took advice from a friend, who runs a colonic irrigation clinic and she recommended this brand to me. I ordered the Extra and I feel they have started working straight away, within 24hrs in fact my gut got going, in 48hrs my bloating reduced and daily movements continued. I am nearing the end of my first week and really pleased with how much better I feel already. I also read to store them in the fridge helps too.

A last minute order before travelling and the system worked! Unlike so many disappointing internet orders when Optibac said they would deliver they really did. I only had two days before travelling on the third, and opted to use the discount Optibac gave me on the order to buy the guaranteed 1 - 2 day express delivery. I was kept notified of the parcel's progress all the way to my address and received it the day before I travelled in plenty of time to pack.

I have had IBS for over 20 years, for the first time I can now enjoy food that was making me sprint for the toilet.
