I have found Optibac products excellent. I take an Everyday probiotic daily and have found it’s really helped with sorting out the gut problems I had. I am now taking the intensive course for Women alongside an Everyday capsule hoping it will help with restoring the friendly bacteria in my urinary tract after repeated infections. Excellent products that work. Wouldn’t like to be without. Good website/ easy to order/ quick delivery.

Great product. I used before and felt so much better with my gut and energy level. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because Royal Mail didn't do a good service leaving the pack behind my neighbours bins and not even letting me know that the pack was delivered. It was my neighbour that noticed it and let me know.
