Excellent customer service and lovely the turmeric supplements

After nearly 10 years of worsening digestion and constipation I have tried so many things and spent thousands of pounds. I have tried probiotics, digestive enzymes, vitamins, Symprove, Juvia, 2 different nutritionists, teas, herbal remedies, hypnosis, cbt. After looking on Amazon I saw the fibre probiotics recommended for constipation so decided to try it. It seemed to help but gave me heartburn so I contact Optibac and Louise Mason recommended Optibac extra. It has resolved my digestion issues which feels like a miracle. Optibac provide excellent service, I just checked with their chat if I could take my probiotics on holiday and Hannah replied promptly. I would highly recommend them.

These drops really helped my newborn with constipation. It was horrible to see him in pain and struggling but after a few days of drops he's regular and much happier.

Everything is done here to ensure that the customer is satisfied. Some other online shops can really take an example from this! Unfortunately, deliveries are not made to packing stations. Nevertheless, everything is very fast with DPD.

A really effective a d fast acting supplement. It has made a profound difference. I can even take a bubble bath now without regretting it for two weeks.

The tablets themselves are good but dispatch is often too late with regular subscriptions, particularly if it falls over a bank holiday weekend, and you end up without it for a few days as they don’t plan your postal dates very well. If it happens again I would cancel

Excellent service, my order arrived promptly. I am trying the Women’s Health probiotics and so far pleased with the results. I have been very pleased with Optibac products, information and customer service, and recommend them to anyone thinking of trying them.

Too soon to say how effective they are.

The lady who answered the telephone was kind helpful and listened. She put me through to a Nutritional adviser. Hannah, she, was a good listener too, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Hannah recommended products and then sent an e mail with more information which was very helpful. I ordered and will use Optibac in future when I need to.
