Optibac Daily - taken under suggestion of consultant due to years of tum issues. This alongside cutting out wheat/dairy (intolerant) I am actually absorbing my food properly and am no longer anaemic. Would 100% recommend.

I love these probiotics , they are great for balancing gut bacteria when I take antibiotics. I always keep a pack or 2 in the cupboard.

Travel abroad capsules worked beyond my expectations on our recent visit to Vietnam & Cambodia. No ‘funny tummy’ & I felt confident eating all the different foods on offer , something I haven’t been able to do the last few holidays. No anxiety/stress about not being able to find a loo etc. I’m now on the everyday capsule & my ‘tummy’ troubles + constipation /needing to find a loo quickly. Are no longer. They keep me regular so no bloating tummy. I would highly recommend these products.
