This company is worthless I bought a ring and bracelet from them, sent the wrong size on both. Then I wore the bracelet for 4 days and my wrist turned green, beside the fact I told them I didn't want any replacements, I just wanted my money back which they never did and stopped answering me. These people and this company SUCK in a Bad Way, Stay as Far away from them as You Can!!!!

Had a damaged item arrive and requested to send back for a full refund and a replacement to cover my return fees, Not a lot of companies actually work this good or take responsibility so I thank you on a very on speedy communication, Would recommend on this fact alone

I ordered a ring. The one I received was the same design, but did not look as it did in the advertisement photo. Making the writing on the ring hard to read. The cost of the ring was good, and shipping was fairly quick.

Earrings look nothing like the picture displayed and are tiny. Gift box was expensive and was not suitable to display such tiny earrings. Buy elsewhere. Another cash grab rubbish item.

So I ordered a bracelet that my son did not like it took about 2 months for me to convince these people that I did not want the bracelet, or that I would take 10% or 50% like they offered for a refund . They finally sent me an email stating they would refund me in full back on my card. Which was done. I learned my lesson , read reviews FIRST! Never again.

I purchased $150 worth of jewelry only for them to drop it off, not in the mailbox, but outside the mailbox, then send me a picture of where they drop the package; NO PACKAGE! I think it was stolen or never actually delivered & now I'm out $150. Never again.

Ordered 3 pairs of men's hoop style earrings. Paid extra for expedited shipping. When arrived husband Loved them!. Then 1 hour after wearing the clasp opened and lost one . Next pair clasp broke off apon inserting. very poor quality. Mind you my husband has been wearing this style for over 10 years. So much for a 10 year anniversary gift. Will never buy from them again.

Ordered product April 21 and still have not received on May 13. This was supposed to be a gift and this has taken too long. Also, got some of their earrings from Amazon and they showed signs of oxidation after wearing only once. Update- Was 1 star but customer service was polite and item is out for delivery as of 5/14. If you plan to order from this company, consider trying Amazon rather than directly from their website.

Website is easy to use and navigate. Ordered 2 pairs of earrings on Dec 19th, they were delivered Dec 27th. The email said 10-15 days for delivery, so they were quicker than promised. The earrings look exactly as advertised on the website. I am really happy with how nice and neat they were packaged. Would buy from again.

Ordered two items for my fiancé for Christmas. I placed my order on November 8th and followed my shipment on the 4px shipping website. There has been zero movement on my order since November 23rd, at which point I was told to "be patient" as my items were set for delivery in 3-5 days. According to USPS, a tracking number was created November 15, but they never received the items. I sent proof screenshots to FaithHeart and they offered to re-ship my items, but provided me with an invalid tracking number. I contacted them again, and they stated that I have a "nondeliverable" address. I order from many websites and get mail to my home with no issues. I live in an urban community. I suspect that what actually happened is that I have been scammed. So now I have demanded my money back. We'll see what happens, but I would suggest that NO ONE order from this scam site.
